Didn't do too bad..
I decided to go out and give it a shot anyway since the rain slacked up a bit. I think I did pretty good for my first try, the clutch is really easy to judge and gives good resistance all the way to the floor. My dad made me start on a hill so I could get the hardest part of it over with at the beginning, and I only stalled it a few times. I'll take it out again tomorrow and hopefully I'll start to get the hang of it a lot more!
Damn Rain
Well, I was going to go out and work on learning to drive a manual today (This being my first manual car.) But of course, it decided to rain... At least I managed to snap a picture while getting gas yesterday. It still looks a little rough here, but with the sap off all the paint is in immaculate condition for a '97 except for some cracking on the front bumper cover, which I will have repainted very soon.
(Also, any tips for learning to drive manual will be appreciated.)

Trans Ams!
Hello everybody, after months of searching I've finally got one of my dream cars. A beautiful red '97 Pontiac Trans Am. LT1 v8, 6 speed manual. Low mileage too! It was just about to roll over to 50k when I got home with it. It had been sitting for a while before I bought it so it's covered in tree sap at the moment, but I will have pictures up soon!
(If anyone has any tips for getting tree sap off easily, feel free to comment and let me know!)
